Meetings & Events Trainee
Meetings & Events Team – We are looking for a trainee to join our specialist Meetings, Incentives, Conference & Events [MICE] team. Ideally you will have existing customer service experience, perhaps in a different industry sector, and will be seeking to develop your skills within the pressured environment of Group Travel, looking after complex group movements and event management programmes of our corporate clients. Based in Liss, in rural Hampshire, you will become an integral part of this expert, ambitious and fast-moving service. Alongside your natural customer service focus you will be confident in engaging with customers via telephone and face-to-face. You will also be personally organized and familiar with Excel as the primary control and management tool for the MICE function.
