Re-brand sends a refreshing signal for Norad Travel Group

Norad Travel Group, the independent travel specialist and leading travel management company [TMC] has announced a refreshed branding to coincide with its 35th year birthday celebrations.

The new branding has been designed to reflect the Group’s transition to a more diverse portfolio of travel interests, following the acquisition of TTG Top 50 Leisure Travel Agency Howard Travel of Trowbridge in 2015 and more recently the Northern Ireland independent Erne Travel in March of this year.

Mick Gibbs, Chairman & CEO of Norad Travel Group commented, ‘As a result of our growth strategy Norad Travel Group is now a more diverse business, and very much traveller-centric. Our aim is to be as successful in our Leisure Travel division as we have been in establishing our corporate travel division as one of the foremost proponents of individual service provision to UK businesses. The re-brand provides an essential supporting platform for each of the Group businesses to achieve the Board’s ambitions for them.’

Managing Director Linda Foote stated ‘The rebrand recognises our desire to retain the strongest local customer associations of our Howard Travel & Erne Travel businesses whilst adding to their market credibility through endorsement as a Norad Group company.’

The endorsement as a Norad company reinforces the influence and scale of those sub-brands as vital elements within the Group. The new branding enables us to continue to grow and diversify whilst marching forward as one army, under one flag.’

Created by Dean Richman Associates, the new branding features a hand-crafted logotype and is based on the capital letter N, and incorporates an eight-pointed compass, denoting direction, travel and accuracy.
